Interpretation

This girl drives me crazy, always there, either physically or on my mind. I've dated other girls, but she's the one I can't seem to get off my mind. It's almost like she enjoys torturing me, leading me on, while a true relationship isn't possible.  

Alternately, this could be interpreted as being about a girl that is stalking the protagonist, but given the line "Cheap dates fill the space for a little while, but it's only temporary" it is more likely that the girl is a love interest.
