Interpretation

I know you're under a lot of stress and feeling pressure on all sides as you work to achieve your goals.  It feels like your are Atlas holding the weight of the world on your shoulders. You have lost touch with your friends (perhaps they are dealing with the same thing?).  There must be a better way. I'm here to help in any way I can.
