I know I'm in love
I can tell by the way I've destroyed my life for you
And if that's not enough to prove my love,
I'll destroy your life, too

I found you on 16th and Capp
Where coffee soldiers get their half and half
With all that you re-endowed
Thought you'd make it to Jones Street by now

Get in the car it's nice and warm
You will not come to any harm
It is so nice to see you coming back
To the sanctuary

I didn't want you to have to work
I’d lock the door so you'd not get hurt
And this is how you repay me
By leaving me alone
In the sanctuary

My oh my
How small you are
You'll fit quite well
In the trunk of my car

I’ll bathe you dry you, take care of you
I’ll chop you up and bury you
Or even worse
I’ll marry you

Put on the collar, it's ok
As long as you love honor and obey
You were meant to be
Locked in the arms
Of the sanctuary
The sanctuary

Interpretation

Told from the perspective of a sexual predator, picking up a girl on the street with empty promises. He takes her home, where he locks her in the basement to keep her "safe" when he's away. He gets upset when she runs away.  When he find her, he puts her in the trunk and debates whether to kill her and hide the evidence or "marry" her, which is what he decides to do, putting a collar on her and locking her up again.
