Wouldn't Let Go [The Falling Wallendas featuring Todd Sucherman]

Wouldn't Let Go
Written by Allen Keller and Scott Bennett
Lead Vocals by Scott Bennett

She's in my sights
It all seems so clear
It's almost like having her right here
Kissing her stomach
Caressing her hair
I can smell her taste her feel her
I swear

And I wouldn't let go
I wouldn't let go
Not 'til I'm out on the streets below

I'm dying here
Dying here
Dying here you know

If God is really wherever we go
Then He's with me as I crawl through her window
And He's there with me as I wait behind her door
And He helps me as I drag her to the floor

I act like I'm sleeping while she's getting dressed
Her wet hair all clingy the beads on her breast
She pats herself dry my blood rushes in
I imagine I'm the water absorbed in her skin

And I wouldn't let go
Wouldn't let go
Not 'til I'm breaking the rocks below

I'm dying here
Dying here
Dying here you know

Dying here
I'm dying here
I'm dying here
Dying
Dying

Interpretation

He conjures images of her in his mind while masturbating.  Some more innocent and others darker.  It's an addiction that he can't shake.
