Interpretation

This is not clinical Manic Depression, otherwise known as Bipolar Disorder. Instead, this is similar, with both manic highs and depressive lows, brought on perhaps by a roller-coaster of emotions resulting from a relationship with a woman. Music is both an expression and a salve for his state of mind.
